Every traveller applies online, directly with the Kenyan government, at one official address. There is no legitimate role for a third-party "agent," and applications through unofficial sites are automatically denied.

About this office

A local point of contact, backed by the High Commission in New Delhi

The Consular Office was inaugurated on 2 June 2025 by Kenya's Ambassador to Nepal, H.E. Peter Maina Munyiri, on the same day he presented his credentials to the President of Nepal at Sheetal Niwas.

The Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Kenya in Nepal represents Kenya's interests in Kathmandu — supporting trade delegations, tourism promotion, diaspora welfare, and cultural exchange, in close coordination with the High Commission of the Republic of Kenya in New Delhi, which holds jurisdiction over Nepal.
